When Bank Employees Get their Revised Pay ? [ June 2015]

IBA – Indian Banks Association signed wage revision agreement with employee unions and officers’ associations. Around ten lakh employees of 43 banks, including public sector banks, will get a 15 per cent hike in salaries.

The revision, applicable with retrospectively with effect from November 1, 2012, The 15 per cent hike would come come at a cost of Rs. 4,725 crore.

When Bank Employees Get their Revised Pay ?

As we are aware of the fact that IBA Signed the agreement in may 2015 , the Revised pay / wage revision in expected from the month of June 2015 .

When Bank Employees get their Arrears ?

This is the Million Dollar Question of Bank employees . Some Sources says that employees will get their Arrear by July 2015 . It is also rumoured that Sub-Staffs & Clerks will get their arrear by July 2015 , and officers will get their arrear by August 2015 .

Digilocker India – How to Register & access ?

What is Digilocker India / e-locker :

Digital Locker is an online repository, a cloud service from Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DietY) Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India. The service allow any one in India with valid Aadhaar card, or unique identification (UID) number to store their government issued documents such as PAN (Permanent Account Number), Voter Identity, Degree Certificates and many others .

How to access digilocker :
Digilocker can be accessed at www.digilocker.gov.in. It can also be accessed through
www.digitallocker.gov.in and www.elocker.gov.in.

How can I Sign-up for the DigiLocker?
A4 To Sign-up for the DigiLocker you need to have an Aadhaar number and a mobile
number registered with Aadhaar. Please type your Aadhaar number in the text box
against “Please enter UID” and enter the characters as displayed in the captcha code.
After clicking signup button, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent by UIDAI to the
mobile number and email-id registered with your Aadhaar.
Enter the OTP and click on ‘Validate OTP’ button. Once the OTP is validated the sign
up and login is complete.

Highlights of Digilocker:
i. Digital Locker of each resident is linked to their Aadhaar number
ii. 10MB of free space in the locker to securely store resident documents and store
links (URI) of Govt. department or agency issued e-documents. The storage
space allocation will be increased to 1GB in subsequent release.
iii. eSign online service to digitally sign the documents online without using
dongle. For details please refer to the e-Sign brochure available on the portal.
iv. Sharing of e-documents online with any registered requester agency or
department
v. Download eAadhaar .

The 10th Bipartite Settlement was Signed few days before , as per the Bipartite Settlement wage revision will comes to effect from Mid of June 2015 . And this Wage revision will be effective Since November 2012 ,Hence bank employees get their arrear with respect to the current Settlement.
